A r/s always matters, and with current management and their past running THIS company, it will eventually hurt all. The outstanding share numbers will change, but the overall business numbers, or lack thereof, and management tactics, won't.

Depends who you ask. SFOR (and some shareholders) feel a R/S is necessary to attract larger entities to SFOR's products and maybe even other investors would like to see a larger share price and less share outstanding. As for the common shareholder who thought they would take their millions of shares and sell them for 50 cents or a dollar, well - it isn't going to happen now with a 1,500 to 1 R/S.
