Definitely agree about the close, but I could see a short bear raid bringing it down to 2.90 and then back up. Not saying I would hold out for that before buying, but something to watch for.

-Edit: Just realized we might be in different schools on gap closings. I am in the tails close gaps camp, but your post makes more sense on the tails don't fill view.

With the price of the offering right at the bottom of the gap, it will be interesting to see if it closes above $3 today.
