A lot depends on how much dilution and how much of a discount is in the offering


This is true.

The gap at $2.90-$2.98 is a small gap and doesn't carry the weight that a larger gap up would. After failing to break $3.00 5x then breaking through on big volume, the $3.00PPS is major support. I would be surprised to see a close below that.

The details of the offering can change everything. I personally don't think it will be horrible.
