obviously you haven't read all the information yet JB will do 3 start ups for the franchisees to take a look at it decide which version would like if you go back into all the news you'll figure it out has one joint venture and has some other big boys backing up on the other end

The only reason I think otherwise is that he is close to signing. I believe he would find the financing to get them done. he has done it before. Now I am not the biggest fan of JB, but experience does count for something. JMHO
