i doubt another lease will come before the 1st startup run to see what works, dont work, revenues or losses etc. Would be too much of a gamble with the little they have. 6 figures to convert a former sonic imo. How many start up small biz restaurants open up more than 1 loc at same time? I see just one restaurant opening and if it is a success could be multiple loc at same time
