of September 14th of 2013 signed by the President and CEO, Shailesh Sha.

Some people may not care, but others might. Had I done Due Diligence and read
the reports before I bought shares, that would have given me second thoughts.

Had I read the report before buying, I would have asked myself Am I been ripped
off in buying or is the CEO so naive that he would undermine the company by
doing such a transaction.
