Joseph Brynes is also an attorney. He was connected with the other attempt of the development of that same property - he was listed as their solicitor for the Movie Studio Jim Shaban had planned. and then brought back to life with some Solar deal - which was never completed either. I wonder if funds and tax incentives were handed out for those projects that were never completed.

He also shows up as one of the "owners" of Cen Biotech - which seems to have some confusion as to who owns what. BILL Chabaan saying FITX owns 75% of Cen Biotech - yet the 8k filed by PHOT says differently. apparently the shares are in TRUST for the shareholders held by those people.

the shell appears to have had dealings with Michael Goeree and his partner - Joel Stohlman - who is on that list. Of interest I had seen the name "LUNES" as the author on the recent filings and wondered if Joel was still involved. Apparently he is.

The whole thing stinks. they may have a plan - but so do all those other people with all those restricted shares. I suspect there won't be much left for the retail shareholder in the end.


Others have been taking notice as well before I arrived.
