The question isn't so much whether SIAF could sink to .40 but whether it would stay there.

My opinion, should it matter, is that we will not drop to 0.40. I still see exhaustion to the downside. Support levels are irrelevant. Of course we could get the freakish and short-lived drop to 0.40 when some retail guy dumps 300k shares, but in general, no.
