I am more pessimistic about the near term. The only reason why we are not at 40c yet is b/c of a purely coincidental buying burst by HB's group which is mostly pre-scheduled buying IMO. Once that sudden demand is over, we may see the stock trade sideways or drift slowly down until we get some real good news. But that may take weeks or months. The next 2 events to look forward to is the 10k around April 15 (if they dont file an extension) and the Charlotte meeting on April 28. I do think however that by the latter date a few of the issues you listed should have been satisfactorily resolved.
