No assets?

I agree... I posted a similar discussion this last Saturday evening. I bailed on Friday at 0.0004 when I did enough DD to see that the RMTD traded entity (the stock) may not be owned by Telogis. Telogis may have simply bought the assets of RMTD, such as the patents, the software, the products, etc... Now, if Telogis DID buy the assets, they must have paid for those assets, which is likely what the RMTD stock still reflects. What did they get? Cash? Future stock options in Telogis? What???

As Telogis was private and still searching for VC infusions, I believe cash is off the table, but I wouldnt be surprised if future stock in Telogis was part of the deal. Who knows? I dont...

I highly doubt that the CEO and management did not cover their tracks when they did this deal with Telogis otherwise they are the dumbest guys on earth. But its more likely that they knew what they were doing and proceeded accordingly. Some pumpers here would like you to believe that there is still a connection to Telogis somehow yet NO ONE can definitively point out this connection. Remember, RMTD was foreclosed.
