Newbie questions: Telogis bought all the assets of RMTD a few years back. So RMTD is a shell with no assets owned by shareholders. Right?
Why would the shareholders agree to sell all the assets of RMTD to Telogis without gaining any value? Where did the money of that sale to Telogis go to and how much was it?
Why would Telogis need this shell for an IPO?
What is the value of a shell with no assets?
Is there any money to be made on this if getting in at .0003?
