Why register in Nevada, Delaware, etc???

Is this seriously being presented as yet another tell-all of how LTNC is playing games? OMFG. A simple Google search shows that A LOT of corporations including many Fortune 500 companies register in these states. The taxes are lower, the laws are less restrictive, and (yes) the corporate liabilities in relation to shareholders are less. Who in their right mind would WANT to bog themselves down with unnecessary taxes and regulations if there is a perfectly legal way to avoid all of that?

SHOW IT IN THE FINANCIALS! THAT is DD. Not senselessly fretting over state law.

Of course, the only reason to fashion a fake scandal over state law is because LTNC's financials are transparent, fully reporting, and audited as required by the SEC...you know, the FEDERAL government. There is no scandal here without spinning trivialities like deferred leases into shallow talking points mindlessly repeated or droning on and on about MYSTERIOUS laws.
