This is a no brainer ...

BCAP is an IPO generating cash cow !

Facts are in the financials of the other IPO 's !!!

By the time the facts role into BCAP's financials, The PPS will be a lot higher than it is now and heading Towards multiple pennies IMO

The IPO opportunities are endless.

Also note that Matt's financing terms are not a Strangle Hold on the IPO'ed companies like the ASHER type of notes which allows the companies to grow and BCAP to profit more. A win win for both sides. Smart man.
