If a company dilutes its equity to raise cash to buy assets that result in 30% sales growth then its market cap will rise most likely due to the rise in sales growth, yes?
If a company dilutes its equity to raise cash to buy assets that result in negative 30% sales growth then its market cap will most likely decline due to the decline in sales growth, no?
What is the use of trying to correlate a decrease in market cap with the % of dilution?????
