Not sure if you realize or not, but Design for Manufacturing (DfM) techniques are used on the processor to enable things such as better yields. This presentation will discuss such techniques specific to the geometries mentioned. It will not, however, be a window into AMD's next generation processes, and will probably be pretty boring to anyone not familiar with DfX in general.
