I think CLNE is up because the whole market is up. CLNE is only projected -.20c loss I wouldn't be surprised to see single digit losses, around -.8c. Could be a nice beat.

Pack more likely it is reacting to the DOW being up 187 pts today, all boats rise with a higher tide.
