Dude DSCR is NOT an SEC FILER, that is pure bullshit, it de-registered in 2007 and went "Dark". The SEC has nothing to do with SHARE ISSUANCE, CONVERSION and SHARE STRUCTURE, that is strictly STATE OF INCORPORATION laws.

They didn't cancel anything they raised the AS to allow for issuance of another billion shares:

You would see an Amendment to "cancel" shares if there was one filed. They are not cancelling anything they converted restricted shares in the OS to free trading and are selling them right now and have another billion on standby for future conversions.
