I sent Pharmajanes an e-mail inquiring about buying the product from AZ since this isn't actually medical MJ. I received a e-mail that day from Sharon at Monarch. She took my order and gave me the address to send pay pal payment too. I think the site is only for MJ card holders, but you are still able to purchase the Monarch's and I'm sure Pharmajanes is getting a percentage from the deal, even with me not being registered on PJ..
