I imagine brother Swinetime both WMT and 711 are good store fronts. Both covered gets those able to travel to WMT and those locals not mobile. Dollar General would be the next best alternative to WMT. ~70% of the USA lives in small towns.

No not foot traffic but the chances of someone spotting it there would be significantly high since many people make trips to the cooler while shopping.
