What I meant by that was the price is at that $1.80 level because of the reverse split and not by any efforts put forth by the company to get it there. It's there because shareholders had to decrease the number of shares they were holding bought with the money they earned, not because of the success of the company.

BTW, he seems to be very proud of that new share price as he posted a picture of the otc page on two of the twitter accounts. Too bad shareholders had to take the hit for that.
