Four years ago we embarked on journey to transform our business from and entertainment construction business to a technology company. We acquired EarthSearch Communications, a GPS technology company and chose to improve its product and services by integrating RFID technology. By 2011 we had completed the world’s first wireless communication between GPS and RFID. We also saw opportunity to use the technology in other areas outside of logistics application. We began the development of application to use the technology on school buses and creating a new division StudentConnect with an advertiser management platform SCAAP. Today StudentConnect is one of the most advanced school bus transportation safety technology in the world. We saw opportunities in social media market, as a space that will continue to grow for many more decades. StudentConnect will gain access to hundreds of thousand, if not millions of parent on StudentConnect that we can connect with through social media so we created Vir2o our own social media platform. Over the last 4 years under current management, we reformed a GPS company and developed 2 additional divisions during very tough economic times with limited capital market and minimal bank financing available on the market. Today all 3 divisions are fully operational and we have begun commercial deployment and ECDC is a fully transformed organization. We began commercial deployment in 2014 as of today February 21, 2014 we have deployed StudentConnect on school buses in schools in Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, California, South Carolina with other schools in Texas, Florida North Carolina engaging on us to implement system on their school buses. Revenue stream begin this month as we complete training transportation directors in all of the schools districts. Vir2o has local representatives in Nigeria, Brazil and India and will launch its first marketing strategy in March 2014. After piloting We are developing strategic partnership with Radio station in each market and introducing a unique approach that will allow Radio personalities to have live interaction with listeners and introducing a new social media experience to their listeners. Vir2o bring something unique to social media. The reason messaging platforms have been successful in social media is the desire by people to want to have real time interaction and ot just posting online. While messaging application bring the instant messaging it lack the interaction most young adults and teenagers are seeing. As families grow and go in separate ways, we believe the ability to watch movies, listen to music, go shopping in a live and interactive way with friends on social media is the future and we are going to lead the way for the space. Proliferation of social media app without real interactive and engaging activities will have audience seek alternatives to simple app in the future regardless of its convenience. Mobile is the future and content will sustain it. Vir2o brings everything web to social media. Online gaming, video, movies, shopping, music, live broadcast and mobile are all part of Vir2o. Our work is not done and now we have to work even harder to make all of the products and businesses successful. Your support and patience has been a source of strength for us. Management recognize the need to increase share value, we fee increased share valuation will only begin with successful commercial deployment and we have started on that path. During the development phase we raised debt capital from several secondary lending sources in the equity space. Most of our lenders are converting to shares and creates large volumes of trading. It is an obligation we owe to the lenders and we must meet those obligations. However we feel the technologies and businesses we have built using the resources will create the appreciation shareholders desire in the long term. There are many opportunities that a deeply diversified business portfolio presents to our shareholders and we will explore them in the long term interest of all shareholders.
