OK, that's a little over nine weeks, but by AGM time, it must be done. The recourse if it isn't? Probably a mass dumping of shares. JJ will never see his .10 pps conversion price and there would be a lot of general unhappiness. Just don't see that in the cards (or tea leaves), by kracky.
