Guaranteed two weeks from now they will not close. You can mark it. And please, let's avoid pretending that in two weeks we will be done, it has already been painful enough to be told by Rick "we are near finalization" without any delivery for 4 months steady. No need to create expectations that will not be met, as I think people have had enough spiritual gains for now.
