Can you read? In my post, I make no argument FOR or AGAINST the Option Plan. Only express a wish for a fair and balanced cost/benefit analysis of the issue so as to be enabled to make a well informed judgment on the matter.

You, on the other hand, could be accused of making insulting and disparaging remarks about IDCC, with perhaps a personal agenda of diminishing its value to where you believe it should be. Stop wasting your time.
