It is hard to say when it will occur. May have a better idea after the next financial report that will let us know how many of the 6 billion shares this crook has diluted. The higher the volume as we go the sooner it will occur. Many of us were duped into investing in this rag after the CEO publicly state that they were not considering any RS. It wasn't too long after that they did a 500-1 RS destroying any value investors at that time had. This will occur again. You just need to decide if you want to become a new bag holder.
