Rmarchma: I too feel most strongly disappointed that IDCC has not requested in the proxy shareholder authorization to expand the number of common shares available to increase the float in case a stock split becomes desirable and possible. This has made me cautious, taking a wait and see attitude, regarding prospects for the immediate future.
