A very important aspect of a being a High Tech Aerospace Microcap from the Cape - always spend more money on legal fees than R&D.

Not too surprising or interesting, with all due respect. As the case proceeds legal fees build up, and fast. One day in court could be $5,000 to $10,000. that could be 1 million shares for just one day. It would be in our best interest for the company to settle, and quickly.

I wonder in what freaking context they mean when they say work with...?? They've already been doing that, working with mediation, etc.
