All PRs are " paid for" . Thats what OTCs like AEGY do, pay news wire or affiliates to release a pr at a certain time. Bu the fact that many were lined up to dump into the liquidity It generated is whats so troubling, and very telling of what they have, or DO NOT have left to PR.
