There have been some very odd things with this company. They've had huge stock runs that on TV, even the CEO couldn't explain. To think you say releasing earnings that were way off is a "so what" is outrageous! How can investors evaluate a company if the earnings they are reporting are wrong? They should lose a ton in a class action suit.
That lawsuit is as idiotic as the Lemon Report.....

The company has admitted they posted incorrect numbers they later corrected them and there is a class action law suit to address any stock holders loss as a result.
MDBX has had a ridiculously high market cap for well over a year. The idea that the re-stated numbers led to losses is beyond absurd.
