I am so frustrated at your constant posting of this I feel I have to respond.
So what?
The company has admitted they posted incorrect numbers they later corrected them and there is a class action law suit to address any stock holders loss as a result.
But since then they have been clean and taken all sorts of actions to clean it up. They have been on national TV admitting this.
The SEC probably will come calling as they do to many companies as a result of re-filings
The SEC may file a suit but the outcome will be along the lines of other such suits.
a) Officer ban for relevant officers who made the original mistakes and or tried to cover up b) small and I mean small fine (no more than $500,000
They will not be halted
they will not be forced into bankruptcy
they will in fact trade well as they are now far more transparent and have people like you looking at every dot of every PR.
