What is important now for Nasrat Hakim, Carter Ward, and JT to determine is how to fund the ADT tampering testing ASAP and thereby Commercialize immediately with FDA approval.
There are three distinct choices.
(1) Secure a partner now that wants to come on board immediately with "reasonable" participation agreements.
(2) Go 100% alone and raise authorized shares with shareholder approval and sign another "LPC" agreement where new shares are sold into the market.
(3) Any Combination of (1) and (2)
Nasrat Hakin has more than sufficient data now to proceed with (1). The 1st week in Mar, Elite will get the official Camargo report on the 52 Pivotal ELI-201 Mor/Nal. NH already knows this info, at least the majority of it. IMO Nasrat Hakim is making his move now and Carter Ward plus Elite mgmt. will make their decision on (1), (2). or (3) within the next few weeks. Mar 31. ends the FY2014 and Carter Ward already knows how the 4QFY2014 is going,
