raydawg , first off their warehouse is 7500 feet . Let's be conservative at just $4.00 a square foot = $30,000 a month for rent times 12 months = $360,000 a year .....Private company for the past 2 years, How do you think they paid that? JR

Raydawg, as you know, the E-cig market is crowded.

In ten years it is unlikely that SPLI will become the dominant player in the market (though it is likely that more people will vape than smoke in America and most of the world). The market for vapes is exploding. You know that. It's like the early days of the internet.

Anyway, if you're short, I wish you the best of luck (I've never understood why people get so pissed off at shorts--markets and stocks trend in both directions--wtf)

From the long perspective, I suspect this stock probably isn't a long term play for you, so don't worry about the long term. Play the trend. Get in and out quickly if you have to. Add to the liquidity as they say. Don't bet the house.

If we gap down tomorrow morning on no news, there will be a fair number of traders there to gobble them up. This thing is going to .15

Raydawg,

Interesting observation. Many companies that are on the bleeding edge of a new industry definitely have an uphill battle and soon learn to adjust the profit margin once they get a feel for the markets they want to play in. IF they're an E-Commerce type they'll usually assess the exposure to the market they're targeting and either adjust to compete or limit their exposure through selective regions. Let's face it, there's no secret this is early in the game and you're not buying an established retailer like Tesco or Walmart. This appears to be a few new industries all wrapped into one offering so the dynamics are incredibly difficult to sort through if that makes sense? Just my opinion.

Best regards,

ray, that is pretty impressive. you can take $50k and turn into a business that generates over 7 figures in revenue per year. how many times so far have you done this in your business career?
