Who cares about the XL section of the Keystone Pipeline, you do know that the XL is only one section of the pipeline, don't you? And I assume you know the AOT is not being installed on the XL, don't you?
Google the Keystone Pipeline, and it will be clear that even if the XL NEVER gets approved that would make no difference whatsoever to STWA and their AOT. In fact, there is so much pipeline already up and running on just the existing Keystone Pipeline in Canada and the US alone that STWA could outfit with AOTs, that they would never need the XL section to become incredibly successful. And, I'm not even mentioning the other pipelines that TransCanada operates across the rest of the US and Canada, that the AOT could be slapped on.
So, the XL section of the pipeline wether approved or never approved, makes no difference whatsoever. But eventually it will be approved, and we will go on that section too ;)
