At some point one should show some balance. If one looks at all the exuberance about the State Department report on this board about the XL will shortly be approved and what it will mean to all the longs here. Well the XL decision has now been muddied. The fine mods here have limited my posts to one per day so sorry if I can't respond to what I'm sure will be your very articulate post in response.
