You spotted the elephant in the room, they do not have the resources to put the drug on the market.

This elephant is even bigger when the CEO makes his intention that he wants to sell the company, this is a no no in negotiating as $$ always runs out sooner than later...

Price still dropping, wondering if there have been some back room shenanigans since Jan.14 to FDA approval resulting in dilution.

The other option CHTP has is to raise $$$ via dilution and then try to put in the med on market itself..... hmmmm is this the route they have taken??
