Agree. I don't think dilution will happen in this case. CHTP does not have the infrastructure to launch the drug and does not need money to fund any pipeline. cash at hand is more than enough to sit back, fund the payroll and get bought out.
CEO wants to be bought and has openly declared his intentions. They are motivated sellers and will get bought since they would not sit demanding premiums....This is a simple buyout and can be done in a day...

I think shire is ideal candidate? they maintain their monopoly and replace Midodrin with northera.
