I share your view that SIAF is not a fraud. Another "proof" for that, is Dan Ritchey, the new Board member. As a American, I doubt that he would not take on the responsibility to be a Board member if he smelled that ther were something "fishey in Siaf's books"

How I feel about new shares being issued. If it was announced. If the money truly is invested in revenue generating infrastructure. Then in my mind the reduced share price is tolerable for a little while. I would also submit that on a percentage basis this stock did not fall as much as I thought it would on the last share issuance. It caught me by surprise but my mind told me it is tolerable. business growth is a good thing. Now if the money was spent on wine women and song. That's another story. The last dilution they had here equated to < 20% of the os. I was ok with it because it is supposedly to build more stuff. This stuff will make more money in time. However if any more occurs in a short timeframe our investments here might not be real good investments. So far im ok with this company but the market changes quickly. My opinion updates tomorrow. There must be tangible proof of shareholder value. Else it no longer fits my strategy whose parameters are not well defined. Im still in SIAF and I am ok with it.
