I doubt the company is a fraud, I just think that Sandberg and Yap and Solly have no clue what it takes to get financing and listings and when time goes by they just default to hype to placate shareholders. So this has the effect of folks buying stock on their encouraging words and if Solomon then dilutes our positions at the same time.... well you tell me if that is kosher.
