Dude forget this j crap. Its old a d not worth mentioning. Fyi it wasnt just 8/sh for the whole company that was offered. there was alot of stipulations that needed to be met. This offer was so low and very poor for the seller but practically a win win for the aquire. Go and look at the COMPLETE offer. Basically it was an offer that was giving away the company for free. Yea for free after all the stipilations in the offer. Dont blve go do some dd ang get the offer and look for yourself. Its all black and white.
