Using your logic the financing for the buyback and financing of buyout of previous owner didn't happen as you assumed. Those are worthy of a PR and it never happened. If he was able to get financing he would have had enough for a PR.

This is about Jim following through on what he says. Thursday of last week he says that he may not get the pr out by Friday because of the storm. Now you are saying it is okay for him to wait weeks. How about some freakin accountability? Anyone else fed up with the lack of follow through by Jim?
