I think he's just ultra conservative and will put out news when news is warranted. Don't forget, he has stressed not wanting to release anything mid stream, perhaps things aren't ready for release quite yet.

Its funny because it makes me wonder why they are even public if they aren't using our money especially for these sorts of things... But it's the first buyback I've heard that needed more funds from shareholders in order to buyback their shares Lmao! So he just gets a free ride while we pay for the rest. "I won't release a $600 PR unless you guys give it to me" that's the most greediest thing I've ever heard... And not even scam companies do that...
