Maybe I missed the some of the conversation here, but what does A/S mean and who said anything about having 10 billion shares? Is it even possible for a company to have 10 billion shares? The most I have seen is 2.1 billion on a stock presently trading at .0001.

again what is the need for a penny stock to have A/S of 10 billion

Again..... Do you work for Dupont? It is a rhetorical question. Someone that has an interest in taking over a company, would not like seeing such an enormous number of shares authorized. Do you understand now? This has been brought up and answered many times. If KBLB uplists, these will most likely go away.

There are more angles. For instance, pre-split....there are only 1 Billion shares authorized and 63 million shares outstanding.

There is no need. When they started out they had 60.0M as the AS and 49.9M as the OS. In 2009 when they split the changed the AS to unlimited.
Where did you get 10B from?

Common stock Class A, no par value; unlimited shares authorized,

626,969,935 and 603,269,838 shares issued and outstanding, respectively

What is the need for any stock to have any limit when that limit can be raised at any time?

The only share count that matters is the outstanding shares which have not gone up here very much at all since it started trading. But a short walk through the last time this board talked about it would show you that.
Shouldnt be hard to find the subject is brought up at least 3 or 4 times a year
