There is no need. When they started out they had 60.0M as the AS and 49.9M as the OS. In 2009 when they split the changed the AS to unlimited.
Where did you get 10B from?

What is the need for any stock to have any limit when that limit can be raised at any time?

The only share count that matters is the outstanding shares which have not gone up here very much at all since it started trading. But a short walk through the last time this board talked about it would show you that.
Shouldnt be hard to find the subject is brought up at least 3 or 4 times a year
