That is correct but it is highly likely that svfc will use this increase in A/S to move forward and farther it's grow.. That is a good thing for long share holders but will not be so good for short term because there will be dilution. IMO dilution will come soon after March 1st and the pps will drop fairly quick unless some really good news hits.
No shit. This is the OTC. 90% of the time they're diluting. Come march 1st just be out. Mark this post, come next week early march there will be a couple exaggerated PRs.. To get you to buy more shares!
