Wake up and read the filing! "Accordingly, it is the Board's opinion that the Authorized Share Increase and Par Change would better position the Company to attract potential business candidates and provide the Stockholders a greater potential return."
Does NOT sound like this would be the time to get out of SVFC, but rather the time to buy in!
An increase in A/S just means they have the ability to issue shares if needed through a variety of routes (including for partnerships as it were) or through sale to the open market. An increase in A/S does not NECESSARILY mean that they are planning on selling anything!
Furthermore, until the O/S and/or Float changes, an increase in in A/S does not have any effect on share value, other than people worrying.
