That is blatantly false. It means they CAN sell you shares for money. The shares are not even into the A/S until March, so they cannot be used at all yet. And at that, there is nothing to say that they are selling them into the open market. An increase in A/S just means they have the ability to issue shares if needed through a variety of routes (including for partnerships as it were) or through sale to the open market. An increase in A/S does not NECESSARILY mean that they are planning on selling anything!
Furthermore, until the O/S and/or Float changes, an increase in in A/S does not have any effect on share value, other than people worrying.
