I may be the only one confused. But pretend I'm the CEO of a company thinking about buying NWBO, instead of a scientist. A CEO doesn't want to discuss scientific details. A CEO wants to know the basics at a high level.

At a very, very high level you seem to be saying there are two ways the trial might have been set up - and then in your latest post you said it's right there in the wording of clinicaltrials.gov.

In my pretend role as a CEO with an MBA, I'm saying that it's impossible for it to be both in the design and for there to be 2 options. If it is in the protocol, then there aren't 2 options. There would only be one option, the way the trial was designed.
