Gary can issue those shares to use in a way that would benefit the company.
Do you know how many times Gary has done this with nothing to show for it? He PRed many times in the past - he had funding. He had links on his website(now gone), he said many times plant was going to open and months/years later still nothing.
Remember the last PR? Big Lou said they now have everything needed? Well, has the plant started to get build? Equipment in it running?
What about the Cono contract? Going to get an extension on that also?
