I am still waiting for a third call back from my broker. Yesterday when she advised the 2 million shares were in my account I asked if they were restricted. She replied YES. With the discussion this morning I called her back. She then had to call the MM. She called back and told me that she was asked " do I want to sell the shares or buy some" I replied neither, I just want to know if they are tradeable. With that I put in a sell order for $1.00 per share. She told me that WACHOVIA with who they deal would not reply if they were restricted unless I placed an order one way or the other.
I still feel that the shares we received yesterday are restricted. What traded this morning? I have no idea.

Get this. TDW Canada have me long a million MLON, short a million PYCT from .0012, and no XMET yet.

I'm not unhappy being short if they wish to leave it that way.


Finally after all these years, I'm short a pink sheet POS and no margin or maintenance fees.

The Xmet shares are NOT restricted. I called and asked. You can call your broker and sell. The real problem was the name change from Mlon to PYCT. Most of my accounts had Mlon N/C PYCT with no shares. It was not until I received XMET shares that it disapeared. Other brokers, like etrade changed MLON to PYCT and when you were suppose to get XMET shares, they had no record of your MLON. They had to send request to the records department.
