Do you think FQ wants to pay Fifer what he's asking? I seriously doubt it. FQ's no different than Inmet was they want to get what they can as cheaply as possible and in the meantime attempt to wait out PTQ by changing the aggregate deal and hopefully bankrupting them in the process. What have they really got to lose? Maybe they figure the longer they can tie it up it's better for them.
The only thing I don't see them winning is whatever contractually was signed between Inmet and PTQ before they bought out Inmet. We know FQ has much more money, lawyers, and resources to throw at this than PTQ has.
